Arfi Binsted

I have been a tai chi practitioners for more than 7 years and have developed the love of tai chi since then. I have been attending tai chi and qi gong workshops to deepen my knowledge and skill in Bali, Indonesia as well as in several places in New Zealand. Until recently I have been encouraged by MT Tamara Bennett to take the next step to be an instructor, which I embraced gratefully. So here I am. I would like so much to work with older people as well as those who need to gain benefits with safe and gentle exercise tai chi can offer. I am looking forward to the next chapter of adventures in the future to build a happy, spacious and harmonious life in the universe for others to be living in, mindfully.
