Chris began his Tai Chi journey at the age of 9, learning many forms including, Beijing 24, Yang Style 40, 32 Sword, 18 Fan, Combined 42, Sun 30, 73, Chen 36, Broad Sword 36 and Spear. He developed an interest in Dr Paul Lamï¿½s Tai Chi for Health programs alongside his mother who is a Master Trainer. Chris is a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis/Diabetes/Osteoporosis Leader and has volunteered his services to help set up a workshop, promote and teach tai chi. Currently Chris teaches tai chi to people with Parkinsonï¿½s and other medical challenges and sees first-hand the benefits of the Tai Chi for Health programs. Recently Parkinsonï¿½s Victoria invited Chris to their conference on early onset Parkinsonï¿½ to present a session on tai chi.
A young tai chi enthusiast, Chris enjoys the benefits of tai chi himself and promoting its benefits to other people and welcomes the opportunity to work as a Senior Trainer.
