Bio

I have been teaching Tai Chi since 2000, and LOVE IT! I have followed Dr. Lam since I was told about his video in 1997, although have concentrated on teaching Simplified yang style, Wu and Tai Chi Jian. I have found it so beneficial to my health that I just want to keep passing it on!
I had the great good fortune to study for seven weeks in China in 2002 and have been back regularly since then.
in 2013 though, I met Dr. Paul Lam himself! What an inspirational two days!
I have also been to his workshops in Manchester, in 2015 and 2016. I find learning the forms and the depth of study invaluable. I also like learning about the Principles of Tai Chi and how to apply them.
His Master trainers are very dedicated and full of knowledge and I have been lucky to study with Veronica Ashworth and Linda Arksey.
