Bio

My tai chi journey began in 2014 with completion of the Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor program. In learning to teach this program, I experienced the benefits of tai chi for the first time. Particularly an enhanced sense of well being and mindfulness. The more I practice my tai chi the more I learn and grow as a practitioner. Dr Lams Stepwise teaching method and adapted set of tai chi forms, makes learning Tai Chi for Arthritis accessible to all. With a wealth of research supporting the health benefits of Tai Chi for Arthritis, theres no better program for empowering people to improve their arthritis symptoms and overall health.
