Arthritis is the most common chronic conditions affecting 46 million Americans, and is expected to surge to 67 million by 2030. It affects one in five Australians. Since 1998 many Arthritis foundations around the world have supported the Tai Chi for Arthritis program, a recent study published at the Arthritis Care and Research Journal has shown this program to relieve pain and improve physical function for people with arthritis.
