This is an update/recertification workshop for the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention programs. You may update one or both certificates. Please note in the comments section of your registration which program(s) you are updating.
Please register on-line. When registering on-line: If you are already a certified instructor, you will need to login to the website to register for this workshop. Use the "Lost Password" link to reset your password if you are having difficulties logging into the website.
Please register by March 6, 2017 in order to have time to complete the update assignment.
Cost
The cost for updating either one or two programs is $125.

The registration fee includes: update certificate, and light refreshments.
