	Two day Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor Qualification Training, May 6 & 7, 2017. 8:30am - 4:30 pm both days. Registration and waiver begins at 8:15 am, please be prepared to begin at 8:30 On May 6 When registering on this website: If you are already a certified instructor, you will need to login to the website to register for this workshop. Use the “Lost Password” link to reset your password if you are having difficulties logging onto this website Please contact Normandale College Continuing Education to complete registration and make payment. The DVD is included with the cost of registration and will be shipped to you by Normandale. Your preparation with the DVD will help you to be successful in the workshop. Attire: wear loose, comfortable clothing, flat shoes suitable for exercise. Waiver: a signed Release form is required to participate and will be available at the Saturday morning session. 13 CEUs provided for qualifying participants for a $30.00 processing fee. 6.5 CEUs provided for qualifying instructors re certifying.
