Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA), Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention (TCAFP), & Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis (STCA) with Meghan Bryant and Kitty Frey
Tai Chi for Health Instructor Qualification workshop: When successfully completed, these workshop will qualify you to apply with the Tai Chi for Health Institute to become a board certified instructor. CEUs available.
TCA/TCAFP is a 2-day workshop Thursday and Friday which will prepare you to apply to become a certified instructor in these two programs
STCA is a 1-day workshop Saturday which will prepare you to apply to become a certified instructor in this program. Please note if you attend only the 1 day STCA you must already hold a TCA certification to qualify for potential certification in this program.
