This workshop has two options: 1) 2-day Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) and Tai Chi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention (TCA/FP) Instructor dual Certifications; or, 2) 1-day Recertification of Tai Chi for Arthritis and/or Tai Chi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention Instructor’s Certificates.
OPTION 1: TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS (TCA) & TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS FOR FALLS PREVENTION CERTIFICATION (March 18-19, 2018)
Tuition includes: The Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD; the book, Teaching Tai Chi Effectively; morning and afternoon refreshments; lunches, and the TCA and TCA/FP Instructor (or Attendance) Certificates.
CEU Credits are available: FOR TCA: 13 contact hours for CEUs for Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs & OTAs), Advancce Practice Registered Nurses (APRN), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Professionals (ACSMPs). OPTION 2: TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS (TCA) and/or TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS FOR FALLS PREVENTION (TCA/FP) INSTRUCTOR RECERTIFICATION (March 19, 2018)
Tuition includes: Morning and afternoon refreshments; lunch, and the TCA and/or TCA/FP Instructor (or Attendance) Certificate. The participant MUST attend the training on March 19 (Day 2 of the 2-day Instructor Certification workshop) in order to recertify. The participant has the option to attend March 18 (Day 1) at no additional charge. (Please indicate in your registration if you intend to attend the additional Day 1 training.)
CEU Credits are available: For TCA Recertification: 6.5 contact hours for CEUs for Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs & OTAs), Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and American College of Sports Medicine Certified Professionals (ACSMPs). COST AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
2-day Instructor Certification Workshop: $250. Early-bird registration is $215, if check/MO is received by February 24.
1-day Instructor Recertification: $125. Early bird registration is $100, if check/MO is received by March 3.
CEUs: $20 processing fee

The Center has a clean floor policy to keep dirt, grit, slush, rock salt, water, and such off the practice floors. Please bring a pair of shoes to change into at the Center.
