From Dr Paul Lam:

This year we have a record number of classes with two new courses! My awesome team and I are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2021 virtual workshops.  More than 20 years ago I dreamed my impossible dream; we have now conducted 40 successful annual workshops in both Australia and the USA. Especially this year in January the 23rd annual tai chi workshop was held virtually with great success.

Building on the success of the January virtual workshop in Sydney, we’re creating a virtual workshop experience that will bring the Tai Chi for Health community together for learning, sharing, and friendship. We love to catch up with you, and introduce new members to the tai chi family.

The workshop is about tai chi; developing our tai chi will improve health and wellbeing. Especially at this challenging time, tai chi can improve our immunity and inner strength to overcome diseases and stress. The ripple effect will reach more people. Please share this workshop with your friends.

Thank you for your great feedback for our instructors and the workshop team. Becky and Ernie will enjoy answering your questions and helping you with your choice.

Do come to the pre-conference workshop as well, you will get more than twice the fun!"
