Kimberly Pudliner
Bio
Kim began her tai chi journey as a dedicated student in 2022, which led her teacher at the time to suggest to her becoming a certified instructor. Kim’s love of tai chi and passion for wanting to help others increase their health and wellness guided to her to become board certified in TCHI’s Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention programs in 2023. She also became a member of the US Tai Chi Community in 2023 and a Senior Trainer in 2026.
With a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology, Kim has worked for non-profits dedicated to children, adults, and seniors for over 26 years. After working for a domestic violence & rape crisis agency for 18 years, Kim wanted to inspire others to focus on positive healing, mindfulness, and well-being, all of which tai chi provides. In addition to tai chi, Kim’s passions include gong fu tea, classic cocktails, yoga, and shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).
Currently, Kim is teaching TCHI’s TCA program Wednesday evenings and the Sun 73 Mondays at her local community center. If you’re interested in learning how tai chi can enhance your balance, flexibility, muscle strength, relaxation, and overall well-being, reach out to Kim at kims.tai.chi@gmail.com.
