Cheryl Martin
My background is in teaching and international development and I am now pleased to bring some of my experience into the role of a Tai Chi instructor.
Currently, I teach classes in community centres, with a focus on safe, gentle physical exercise that promotes wellbeing. I strongly value preventative health, helping people improve balance, mobility, and overall health through regular practice.
Equally important to me is the social aspect of Tai Chi. Connection and interaction within classes, helps build a sense of community and plays a vital role in supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
i consider myself a life-long learner and look forward to continuing to learn more and more about Tai Chi as I refine my own practice and support others to do so as well.
