Andrea Lauzon
Andrea retired from Bank of America in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant to Management at BAC. This gave her the perseverance and the skills to prepare her for studying Tai Chi.
She began her life changing journey that same year under the direction of Beverly Wise at the Newark Senior Center. She received her certification for Tai Chi for Arthritis in 2015 and has received her first certifications for Arthritis 2 and Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention under Master Trainer Dr. Bob McBrien. She Received recertifications for Tai Chi for Energy and Energy 2 in 2022. She received recertification for Tai Chi for Arthritis/Tai Chi for Fall Prevention and Tai Chi for Arthritis2 and Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis in February 2023.
She has attended workshops for Qigong for the Eight Brocades and several other workshops. She has given workshops at Christiana Care for the Parkinson Group in Newark and Smyrna.
Andrea teaches programs in Tai Chi for Health and qigong at the Middletown Senior Center twice per week and plans to continue her Tai Chi journey on an ongoing basis.
