`I started tai chi after tearing a disc in my back and found it excellent for relaxation and stress relief, as well as kind to my back. I heard many stories from fellow classmates about how tai chi helped them with a range of health issues. When I found out more about Dr Paul Lam's modernised tai chi, it made so much sense. So I decided to focus on teaching tai chi. Which is such a pleasure!`
`I particularly enjoy seeing how Dr Lam's easy-to-learn tai chi programs deliver health benefits so quickly. Dr Lam has made this amazing form of exercise accessible to so many more people. Now anyone can learn tai chi."
Marlene teaches private and public classes, as well as seated classes in aged care facilities.
