My Tai Chi Journey: What is essence of life force that drives the life as it is?
As technology advanced, we are privileged to observe slow motion of what sort of things are happening with all life forms around us. Practicing Tai Chi allows me to slow down and become aware of what I am doing, and it leads me to a moment of peace, a quietness, a space, and to feel the beauty of harmony within me that accepts and allows the life the way I want to alive.
