Shaz Bamasi
Registered Nurse in the field of Primary Care from Binghamton, NY, USA.
As an initiative of the local health department and through the support of Ascension Lourdes, I became a certified instructor in Tai Chi for Arthritis program in June 2015. As a result of my daily practices, I have already begun to experience its many benefits, and so have the participants in my classes.
Tai Chi is a life-long journey and though I have learned much since becoming certified, but there is much more yet to be acquired. I am committed to this life-altering journey and hope that you will join me in this endeavor by enrolling in my classes.
Thank you for the opportunity to share this program with you.
