Jeff Crook

Jeff Crook is the lead Karate, self-defense, and Tai Chi for Health instructor at Karate+F.I.T.|Faith Inspired Training. He began formal martial arts training when he signed up his sons for a class, and from that experience he strongly encourages families to train together in the martial arts.

In addition to being a board certified instructor for the Tai Chi for Health Institute, he holds 4th Dan rank in Karate from Okinawa Matsusokan Dento Karate Kyokai and 2nd Dan rank in Taekwondo from the United Taekwondo Alliance.
