Bio
Alongside my certifications with Tai Chi for Health by Dr. Paul Lam in Chen and Sun Style Tai Chi, I specializes in Yang Style Tai Chi, mastering both traditional and standardized forms as well as having a background in more combat Martial Arts forms. Mindful exercise with Karin began over 25 years ago with Shaolin QiGong, aiding me in overcoming a double-sided hip birth defect that resulted in body displacement and a spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leak. This life-threatening condition left me searching for alternatives to complement Western medicine, which could not heal me for many decades. After a full recovery, I am passionately dedicated to leading students towards harmony of body, mind, and spirit. My students improve and rehabilitate through daily practice, focusing on holistic wellness with integrated body and brain exercises. Embark on a journey towards balanced and vibrant well-being, where ancient wisdom meets modern science.
