Bio

After contracting Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2000 quite severely I was looking for help and contacted the Arthritis Association who introduced me to Tai Chi. Tai Chi has helped me over the last 17 years to resume a normal active life.
Tai Chi really works, since starting my Tai Chi journey I have climbed Kings Canyon and walked the Lava Tubes while travelling around Australia over 5 years.
Decided city living was not the go and moved to our lovely little NSW town of Finley where I started teaching Tai Chi. Tai Chi has not only improved my health but also helped me to become part of this friendly little community. I take my own health and that of my fellow Tai Chi friends very seriously.
