					The main reason for my daily practice of Tai Chi is to keep my health. I have been teaching old people in public welfare center as a part-time instructor. While I am teaching, I want them to maintain healthy condition and I know I can help them. During my exercise class, I could see them getting better.
I am willing to put endless efforts to practice and I will do my best to spread Tai Chi to them in need to improve their health.
