Elizabeth (Betty) Scanlon
Betty Scanlon is a veteran and a retired Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing and teaching the Tai Chi for Health forms since 2004. She became a Master Trainer in 2013 and conducts instructor training workshops in person and online for all of the Tai Chi for Health forms.
She believes that tai chi fosters kindness, a broader world view, and strong friendships while improving our mental, emotion and physical health.
She also practices and teaches more traditional forms, including fan forms. Join her for a Skill Builder session and find ways to improve your own tai chi!
She is well known for her embroidered and quilted oriental designs that are popular at the June workshop.
