These workshops are designed to train participants to safely and effectively instruct the form to others. An application form, questionnaire, and release will be sent to all who register. It is required that participants have or purchase and study the DVD(s) prior to the class. All participants will receive a certificate, however, "Instructor Training Workshop - successful completion will qualify the participant for Certification with the Dr. Paul Lam Tai Chi for Health Institute".

$30 additional fee for CEU Certificate with course attendance 14 credits DAYS 1 & 2

$15 additional fee for CEUs Certificate with course attendance 6 credits  for DAY 3

CEC’s for Provider-American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

Additional Updates $40:Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention, Tai Chi for Energy; Assignments must be completed and returned to Becky Rahe prior to workshop taichiblr@sbcglobal.net, along with a copy of current certificate and CPR card.
