Tai Chi for Rehabilitaion is one of the series of Tai Chi for Health Programs specially designed by Dr Paul Lam with a team of medical health and tai chi experts. This short easy to learn form comprises of 3 major tai chi styles Sun, Yang and Chen. As well as the reported health benefits of practicing tai chi regularly, it is particularly useful for people who want to "step" into wellness and for people who are recovering from psychological or physical events.
This workshop is designed to train participants to safely and effectively instruct the form to others.

Practice Session - If you are alreasy qualified in TCR and are not due to update there is an option for you to attend for the practice session. (Small fee see below).

Purchase the DVD or Online lessons and the Teaching Tai Chi Effectively Book (also available as ebook) from Tai Chi Productions in order to:
- Learn movements from the DVD
- Read Chapters 1, 4, 6 and 11 Teaching Tai Chi Effectively Book
Updates - If you would like to Update another Tai Chi for Health Program you are qualified in, you will be required to complete an assignment and submit prior to the workshop. Please contact Anastasia to discuss.
Board Certification: Following successful completion of this workshop, If you are not already a member, it is important to register to become a Tai Chi for Health Institute Board Certified Member before teaching the programme. (A once a year standard fee is $26 regardless of the number of Tai Chi for Health Certificates you have)
