What is Tai Chi for Osteoporosis?

Tai Chi for Osteoporosis was especially designed by Dr Paul Lam in conjunction with his tai chi associates and a team of medical experts. It helps to improve balance and prevent falls. The program will also improve relaxation, fitness and health. Based on Sun and Yang style tai chi, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis is easy to learn, effective and safe.

Dr Paul Lam is an Australian family physician and tai chi expert, and a world leader in the field of tai chi for health. He is a well-recognised teacher, and the author of several books on tai chi and best-selling instructional tai chi DVDs. Over five million people worldwide practice a Tai Chi for Health program every day. 


It is a requirement that you study the Tai Chi for Osteoporosis DVD prior to the workshop. It is also a requirement that you have the Teaching Tai Chi Effectively book  Both can be purchase thru  After registration I will send you a discount code to be used for your purchase of these educational materials.

This workshop will have limited participants to allow for safety and social distancing. The workshop will be modified to comply with all safety requirements.

Updates $125  Must attend day 2.    Multiple updates with attendence  $40 each additional update.      Update assignments are required for each update requested. Assignments will be sent after registration.

CEU Certification fee additional $25 if required.
CEU Credits –Up to 13.5 contact hours for CEUs for Physical Therapists (PTs & PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs and OTAs), Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Mental Health Technicians (LMHT), & American College of Sports Medicine Certified Professionals (ACSMP).
