Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 Instructor Training with Meghan Bryant

This 1-day Instructor Course is designed for those recerting and new to discover this additional set of forms.

Prerequisites: Prior practice of the TCA & 2.  A discount code will be provided to purchase Part 2 (DVD or Online Lesson available).

These additional challenging forms (moves) will require prior practice, so please allow time to review and move with all lessons before attending. This will ensure your best success!

There is no knowledge check for this certification.  There is still a revision of the two items that keep the integrity of our program: Safety & Stepwise.

What to Bring: 

• Something to take notes
• Comfortable, appropriate, loose-fitting clothing - Layers
• Shoes that surround the heel will be worn during the workshop (avoiding Crocs & flip-flops)
