Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Arthritis 1 and 2 with Falls Prevention, and Tai Chi for Energy 1 and 2 are suitable for people of all levels of ability. For those with some Tai Chi experience, who wish to expand their Tai Chi repertoire, I also teach the popular Tai Chi 24 Forms Yang Style, 73 Forms Sun Style, 36 Forms Chen Style, and 42 Combined Forms.
