Annette Plank
Bio
While working as a registered nurse I began looking for ways to stay healthy in both mind and body and for future endeavors in retirement. In 2015, with my first class introduction to Tai Chi, I immediately knew I’d found what I was looking for.
Retired now after working for 38 years, I am excited to continue studying and sharing Tai Chi’s energy and many health benefits.
Tai Chi has been especially meaningful as classes moved online these past few years, helping keep each other connected, moving and adaptable to computers and lifestyle changes.
Workshops Attended:
Dr. Lam’s Enhancing SUN 73 and Chen 36 workshops
Depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis.
Depth of Chen 36 and SUN 73
Attending monthly Instructor Forums
Now serving as an Instructor Representative on the International Tai Chi for Health Institute Board.
