Bio

In 2015 I started participating in Tai Chi for Health classes and soon noted that my joint and back pain (which I thought was just a side effect of my nursing job) lessened, my balance improved and I felt better within myself.

As an RN in community and age care, I saw how debilitating chronic pain can be, physically, mentally and socially. Noting how Tai Chi helped me, I decided to become a board certified instructor for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention in 2018 and have been teaching since then. It is wonderful to see how much these classes have helped so many off my participants to regain confidence and improve mobility, and forge new friendships.

I enjoy sharing this gentle and safe form of exercise, which is backed up by over 30 scientific studies, showing its benefits for health improvement and wellbeing.

I am looking forward to sharing the Tai Chi for Health Programmes with you.
