Ingebjørg Kyrdalen

Ingebjørg is a physical therapist, with 19 years experience from clinical work. She also has a Master degree in geriatric Healthcare. Now she works as programme coordinator/teacher on topics Dementia and Gerontopsychiatry at AGEING AND HEALTH, Norwegian National Advisory Unit. She has delivered group-based exercise for seniors and adults for 18 years. For the last four years Ingebjørg also run several Tai Chi For Health classes as self-employee.
