Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is based on the Sun style of tai chi and is easy to learn, effective and safe. Regular practice improves flexibility, muscle strength and balance and has been recommended as an effective fall prevention and arthritis management activity by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Tai Chi for Arthritis programme was designed by Dr Paul Lam in conjunction with a team of medical specialists and tai chi experts and scientific studies have proved its effectiveness in assisting pain relief, quality of life, balance and falls prevention.

This one-day intensive in-person workshop is the second section of your training, with the first section being required reading and a Self-paced Instructor Preparation Package (SIPP).
