Bio

My name is Kartikey, and my journey with Tai Chi began in 2014 when I joined the esteemed Tai Chi for Health Institute (tchi.org) as a student. Immersed in the rich teachings and practices of Tai Chi, I quickly found myself captivated by its profound principles.

In 2016, I achieved certification as an instructor, a milestone that marked the beginning of my commitment to sharing the transformative benefits of Tai Chi with others. Recognizing my dedication and proficiency, I was honored with the role of Senior Trainer in 2020.

Fueled by my passion for Tai Chi and a steadfast dedication to Dr. Lam's vision, I embarked on a journey to India in 2017, where I served as a full-time teacher. Here, I had the privilege of introducing Tai Chi to new enthusiasts and fostering a community dedicated to its practice.

In 2023, I was bestowed with the esteemed title of Master Trainer, entrusted with the responsibility of training and nurturing new instructors. This role allows me to ensure that the legacy and vision of Dr. Lam continue to thrive not only in India but across the globe.

My journey from a humble student to a revered Master Trainer embodies the transformative power of Tai Chi and the unwavering dedication of those who embrace its practice wholeheartedly. I am honored to be part of this incredible journey, and I look forward to continuing to share the profound benefits of Tai Chi with others.
