I am a health practioner for my organization Turanga Health i have been at my job now for 13 years as a smoking cessation practioner helping people to quit smoking also i am a facilitator for an elderly program where i and my team look after 200 elderly organise trips ,games etc. etc. also as a Tai Chi instructor been doing that now for 5 years ALL my classes are FREE classes as my organisation pays for hireage for some of the places i hold my classes and some places give me the FREE space ,it gives me joy to bring a sense of well being to my community as i have a bout 60 participants in total and being the ONLY Registered Tai Chi instructor in Gisborne. I'm teaching Sun & yang style because most of my participants are elderly however my youngest participant is 19 yrs old and my oldest is 96 yrs old. I love teaching Tai Chi .
