Bio
At the end of 2010, I retired to spend more time with my aging father. As the chaos of retirement settled down and routines resumed, I stumbled upon a tai chi class at the local health club. One class and I was hooked. That class was a Tai Chi for Arthritis (TCA) class. And the rest is history.
I began teaching the TCA program in 2011. I am now a certified instructor and Senior Trainer. I hold classes in Lake Havasu City, Arizona where the curriculum currently includes: Tai Chi for Arthritis. As classes develop, I plan to offer one or more of the following forms and programs: Yang 24, Sun 73, Tai Chi for Diabetes, Tai Chi for Energy and Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Heart Conditions and more.
