Hazel Thompson

Bio

Hazel has been studying tai chi for 30 years and is passionate about Tai Chi for Arthritis, as it has helped her manage her own severe arthritis so well that she is entirely medication free.

She is a Master Trainer in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis 2, Tai Chi for Energy, Tai Chi for Energy 2, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Memory and Tai Chi for Diabetes. Also an instructor in Tai Chi for Beginners, Osteoporosis, Back Pain, Work, Memory and Kidz.

A former resident of New Zealand, Hazel works for Tai Chi Productions in Narwee.

Hazel is Dr Lams Workshop Manager and the Editor of Dr Lams monthly newsletter.

In January 2017 and 2018 she was an instructor for the Sydney One Week Workshop teaching TCE and TCE2. She taught Depth of Rehabilitation in July 2018, but no longer eaches private lessons due to time constraints.
