Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 is a program designed by Dr Paul Lam as a sequel to his Tai Chi for Arthritis program. Tai Chi for Arthritis is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention  and health departments in many countries as an intervention to reduce the incidence of falls.  Dr Lam created this program to give those who have learned the Tai Chi for Arthritis program a new and exciting extension with more challenging moves.

In response to many requests, Tai Chi for Arthritis 2 is now a Board Certified program.  In order to achieve the qualification you must first hold a current Tai Chi for Arthritis certificate. Then you can attend an Instructor training workshop through a TCA2 Master Trainer.

If you are already teaching TCA2 it is your decision whether to continue teaching without the qualification or not.  Please be aware this may affect your insurance.  We recommend you attend the training at the first available opportunity
