Bio

I am a certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor, passionate about teaching Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Energy, Tai Chi for Memory and Qigong for Health. In addition, I teach 24 Forms Yang Style, 73 Forms Sun Style, 36 Forms Chen Style and 42 Forms combined. I am a retired Physiotherapist, and appreciate the modern medical clinical trials that validate the benefits of Tai Chi.

Keeping active is one of my core principals. I have always worked towards encouraging others to see the benefits of an active lifestyle. Teaching Tai Chi gives me the opportunity to do both of these.

I am a board member of the Tai Chi for Health Institute focussed on bringing the benefits of Tai Chi to the wider community.

For those with some Tai Chi experience, who wish to expand their Tai Chi repertoire, I also teach the popular Tai Chi 24 Forms Yang Style, 73 Forms Sun Style, 36 Forms Chen Style, and 42 Combined Forms.
