Dennis Fallo


Dennis offers Tai Chi for Health classes to mature adults and seniors through local adult education programs in the Southern Maine area and also joins tai chi players in modified Yang style short form # 37, at a local senior center that is operated by the local YMCA. Dennis holds a third degree black belt in Shaolin Kenpo and has practiced some, Kung Fu San Soo, Aikido and Judo. Ongoing practices also include Tai Chi Fan, Tai Chi Sword and Yang Tai Chi, Sun Tai Chi and Chen Tai Chi with regard to the Tai Chi for Health programs.

Classes at adult education locations offer the Tai Chi for Arthritis program.....With the focus on mature adults. The class participants continue to grow and the Tai Chi for Arthritis program continues to be a very popular session. Tai Chi for Rehabilitation is also offered through adult education programs and is an ideal program for many folks recovering from ill health. Other new programs will be offered soon!

Fall/ winter 2018 and into 2019: Classes will be ongoing at Wells - Ogunquit Adult Education at Wells High School in Wells Maine and at Noble Adult & Community Education at Noble High School in N. Berwick Maine. In March of 2019, classes will begin a Sanford Adult Education at the Anderson Learning Center in Springvale Maine. Classes will also be offered in Waterboro Maine, at Pecks Family Acupuncture, located at the Massabesic Regional Medical Center. The classes are offered on Tuesday mornings. Please check with these locations for times and dates of all classes being presented at this time. Other locations offering Tai Chi for Health programs will follow, including Tai Chi for Kidz!
