Dennis Fallo

Dennis offers several Tai Chi for Health programs to mature adults in the
Southern Maine areas. Most classes are through local adult education
programs and are usually offered on weekday mornings. The Tai Chi for
Arthritis and Falls Prevention classes continue to grow in
attendance, some locations run double sessions.

Classes will be ongoing at Wells-Ogunquit Adult Education at Wells High
School, Wells Maine, Sanford adult Education at the former Willard School Building in Sanford Maine and has presented the program for Dr. Jessica Peck Lindsey in Waterboro Maine.


Dennis holds a 3rd. degree black belt in Shaolin Kenpo, has practices in some Judo and Kung Fu San Soo and ongoing interest
in Tai Chi sword and Tai Chi fan.
He occasionally joins a group of Tai Chi players at a local senior center
practicing Yang short form 37, but most of the time can be found leading a
Tai Chi for Health program in the Southern Maine area.
