I practice & teach the programs I am currently certified for TCA, TCAFP, TCD along with 24 Form (Yang style) several Qigong sets (Shibashi) and I usually incorporate a small meditation into my classes if time permits.

My classes are conducted at the following venues:- Morpeth School of Arts Hall & Clarence Town School of Arts Hall. I cater for all ages & most fitness levels, from beginners through to the more experienced Tai Chi practitioner, my class sizes are small (4-12) & friendly. My aim is to reduce stress and improve relaxation and to improve the overall health & wellbeing of my fellow Tai Chi practitioners.

I am passionate about teaching & promoting Tai Chi and I have given talks with an interactive demonstration of Tai Chi, to various community groups such as; Rotary, Lions, CWA & Probus clubs, along with several local schools and Aged Care facilities and I am more than happy to do so. More recently I have completed a University of Tasmania online certificated course called; \"Understanding Dementia\" in an effort to better understand the problems unique to those experiencing dementia, or indeed those caring for people with dementia (family, friends & healthcare professionals).
