Jennifer Chung Sow Ying

Practiced Tai Chi for over 35 years. Since year 2009 and becoming a Master Trainer for Tai Chi for Health Programs - for Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Diabetes, Energy, Seated Tai Chi and Instructor for 24 forms, Sun 73, I have spread the TCHI vision to reach out to many people in Singapore. I am still very passionate to share TCH programs after 10 years. I focus more towards conducting Trainers workshop, and to train more leaders to reach out to many Seniors and people with mobility and chronic conditions at many Community club, Resident Committee, and Wellness Centre - Senior Activity Centre, Nursing Homes, etc in Singapore. Today I conducted many training workshops for participants from Healthcare sector as facilitators for teaching at many Nursing Homes, Senior Activities Centre.
I also teaches at Parkinson Society since 2013, Singapore National Stroke Association in Singapore.

Jennifer was awarded a PA Stars Trainer Awards 2017 for Tai Chi on 26th Nov 2017 and PA Star Award 2012.

I conducts over 24 classes a week to reach out to more people in Singapore.
