Join us for another life-changing experience!

About the Workshop

28 years ago, our team held the first Annual Tai Chi Workshop in Sydney. Since then, it has grown into one of the most anticipated tai chi events of the year.

Each year, people travel from across Australia and around the world, travelling thousands of miles to learn, connect, and share in the experience. For many, returning year after year has become a tradition. For some, it has been genuinely life-changing.

Our experienced and friendly instructors work with small groups to share the best elements of tai chi, with personal attention suited to your level.

You will have the opportunity to make lasting friendships, interact with fellow enthusiasts, and spend time with me directly.

In January 2027, we return to The Brighton Hotel Sydney (formerly Novotel Brighton), a luxurious beachfront hotel overlooking Botany Bay in Brighton-Le-Sands, just minutes from Sydney Airport. The hotel has undergone a significant transformation and is now a beautiful, relaxed setting by the water, with wonderful facilities to enjoy.

Come and enjoy being part of the Tai Chi for Health Global Community!
