Dr Lam’s team has incorporated medical research and traditional Chinese medicine into the ancient art of tai chi to create an effective program. It can prevent or improve most heart conditions, as well as improve balance, immunity and relaxation.

Eight Lessons with Dr Paul Lam

What is special about these lessons is that you will feel as though you are participating in Dr Lam’s class, with easy-to-follow lessons to enjoy the gentle flowing art. Dr Lam has refined his simple and proven teaching method from more than forty years of teaching experience. Dr Lam will guide you, step-by-step, through each movement of this user-friendly program (including warm-ups and cool-downs). Dr Lam will teach you from different angles with close ups and repetitions. Each form will be divided into small sections so you can follow Dr Lam with ease. Anyone can follow these lessons.

After an introduction to tai chi, the contents and the benefits you can gain, Dr Lam will teach you his specially-designed Qigong for the heart. Dr Lam utilizes his experience as a medical acupuncturist to help you build inner energy at the heart. Dr Lam will explain how to incorporate the tai chi principles into your practice to enhance the beneficial effects.

At the end of the lessons, Dr Lam demonstrates the entire set with both front-on and back-on views. You can use the back-on view to follow his movements.
