"How the Tai Chi for Health Programs Incorporate the Bafa Wubu"
Monthly Tai Chi for Health Instructors Forum - Time Zone 2
March 2025
We had an amazing response to the February TCHI Instructors Forum on the tai chi program called Bafa Wubu! This March, Dr Paul Lam will explore what are the Bafa (Eight Methods) Wubu (Five Steps), and how they are incorporated in our Tai Chi for Health programs in more effective and easy to understand ways. While there are many different interpretations of the Bafa Wubu, the fundamental principles are the key to understanding and benefiting from using these. Dr Lam shall share the key concepts and offer relevant material to learn more.

The main purpose of the TCHI Instructors Forum is to connect with everyone and to share knowledge and friendship. Each month there will be a theme topic, addressed by Dr Lam and invited expert/s. There will be time for questions and comments sent prior, time permitting. You will also have an opportunity to enjoy meeting other participants from all over the world. It is a great way to learn and share as a member of the global tai chi community. Connecting with other tai chi enthusiasts is so helpful! Afterwards, a link to the recording will be sent to all registered participants.
Registration in advance is required. Please email your questions or topics of interest at least two days in advance to service@drlamtaichiworkshops.com. Please put “Forum” in the subject line.
Be sure to register every month!
