This is a one-day Multiple Update workshop. You will be able to update all of your Tai Chi for Health certifications.
We will review Safety (please review Chapter 4 in the Teaching Tai Chi Effectively book) and the Stepwise Progressive Teaching Method (pleasse review chapters 5 and 6 in the Teaching Tai Chi Effectively book) and you will have the opportunity to teach a movement from one of the forms you are updating.
Cost
£120 for the first update
£30 for each additional update (TCA and TCAFP count as 1 update)
