Tai Chi for Memory: An Empowering Program for Everyone!

What is Tai Chi for Memory?
Studies have shown Tai Chi improves memory and brain health. Dr Lam's team merged medical research and traditional Chinese medicine with Tai Chi to create an easy to learn program. It is especially useful for people with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, or similar conditions.

  • Caring for people with memory loss is challenging for care givers and family; this mind-body program engages everyone for a quality time together. It can help improve most aspects of health including balance, immunity and relaxation, and can be practiced and enjoyed by anyone.

Prepare by working with the Tai Chi for Memory DVD as much as possible.

What To Wear

Please wear loose layered comfortable clothes and flat shoes suitable for exercise. 

This is a Two Day Qualification Workshop

Certified Board Instructor fee is required on successful certification

CEUs The American College of Sports Medicine’s Professional Education Committee certifies that the Tai Chi for Health Institute meets the criteria for official ACSM Approved Provider status from 2015-December 2019. Approved Provider #701292.  $35 extra charge for CEU Certificate
