Tai Chi for Diabetes is one in a series of Tai Chi for Health Programs designed by Dr Paul Lam in conjunction with other Tai Chi and Medical Experts.
This form is a combination of Sun and Yang styles of Tai Chi and the movements progress to graduated levels of physical exertion. The program is designed to help improve diabetes. Exercise is well established as being paramount in empowering ones own health and well-being. Tai Chi for Diabetes is a most suitable exercise form.
