On successful completion of this four days intensive workshop, you will be provided with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct safe and effective Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls prevention classes. This easy to learn program is based on the Sun Style of tai chi and was specially designed by Dr Paul Lam in conjunction with medical and tai chi experts to improve the control of arthritis, improve balance and flexibility. It has been recommended by the US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as an effective falls prevention activity.

Following successful completion of the course, you will be required to register to become a Tai Chi for Health Institute Board certified instructor/leader before teaching the program. A single annual fee of $25 (Standard Membership) or $45 (Premier Membership) covers Board Certification for all of your Tai Chi for Health Institute qualifications.
