"Teaching the Essential Principles at a Variety of Levels"
Monthly Tai Chi for Health Instructors Forum with Dr Lam - Time Zone 2
February 2023
Places are limited. Acceptance is on a first come, first served basis.
This month’s topic for the TCHI Instructors Forum is "Teaching the Essential Principles at a Variety of Levels" with Dr Paul Lam.
The Essential Principles are at the core of tai chi exercise. There is enough depth in exploring the principles to keep us engaged for years even if we are doing the same. movements.
The challenge for many instructors is teaching group classes that have varied participant experiences. This month's forum will examine how an instructor can stimulate the participants' exploration of the principles without overwhelming beginners, yet still challenge those more advanced.
The TCHI Instructors Forum is open to anyone. Each month there will be a theme topic, addressed by Dr Lam and invited expert/s. There will be time for questions and comments sent prior, time permitting. You will also have an opportunity to enjoy meeting other participants from all over the world. It is a great way to learn and share as a member of the global tai chi community. In such challenging times, connecting with other tai chi enthusiasts is so helpful! Afterwards, a link to the recording will be sent to all registered participants.
