Complete Stage One
Once you submit your registration fee you will get a link for Dr. Lam's online course with information about Tai Chi for Arthritis, how to teach tai chi safely, the history of tai chi, and tai chi principles. Once you complete the course (20 - 40 hours depending on your level of experience) you will get a certificate of completion. Submit the certificate to kristindietsche@gmail.com before May 1.
If you are unable to complete Stage 1 you will need to find another Stage 2 training in order to become certified.

This will be a hands-on workshop to practice all that you learned in Stage 1, to ask questions, and demonstrate that you are ready to become a certified tai chi for health instructor.
What to wear - loose comfortable clothing suitable for exercise and flat athletic-type shoes (shoes are required).
Cost
Cost is $275 with an early registration discount of $245 if payment is received by April 8, 2023.
