Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is based on the Sun style of Tai Chi and is easy to learn, effective, and safe. Regular practice improves flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. The programme has been recommended as an effective and safe fall prevention and arthritis management activity by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Tai Chi for Arthritis programme was designed by Dr Paul Lam in conjunction with a team of medical specialists and Tai Chi experts. Scientific studies have proven its effectiveness in assisting with pain relief, quality of life, balance, and fall prevention.
