Details
Tai Chi for Heart Conditions, created by Dr Paul Lam and Tai Chi for Health colleagues, combines the spiral energy of Chen and the calming qigong of Sun styles of tai chi in a short form, which is a little more challenging but still enjoyable. An increased awareness of the spiral forces with the moves further enhances our understanding of the essential tai chi principles.
